Business Policy consists of sub-policies as follow:

1.Refund: What is your refund policy?
-We do not have any refund policy. 

2. Exchange: After I have made a purchase, can I ask for an exchange?
-We do not have any exchange policy, unless we deliver the wrong item to you.
Before shipping an item, we will record a video of our packing and delivering process, therefore if a damage occurs during shipping, you will have to contact the shipping company by yourself. 

3. Return: If the item can be exchanged, which party will be responsible for shipping?
-We do not have any return policy. If, after an investigation, we find that we deliver the wrong item, we will deliver a new one to you. You do not have to return the item if you receive the wrong one. You will need to send us an email, detailing your order number and a photo of proof.

4. Cancelation: You would like to cancel an order after you have made a payment 
-We do not have any cancelation policy.

5. Shipping: Shipping lead time
-We will deliver your item to a shipping company within 1-2 days. The transit time is based on the shipping company.
